“Fearless” is historical in a sense and captures the evolution of the TExettes music; the journey from a five piece, to a trio and now the duo. This album showcases the diversity and quality of Terry’s original songs and music. Now that I have heard the album enough to be (almost) objective, I think that there’s a good mix of styles i.e. “Fearless” and “Are You Sure” demand that I sit and listen; “Come Swim With Me” makes me long for summer, whilst “You Can’t Do That” and “Come Out of the Shadows” make me wanna twist and shout! Who knows where the TExettes music will head I want to be continually surprised!
